Geir Møller is a senior researcher, and has a degree in political science from the University of Bergen (Institute of Comparative Politics). He previously worked at the University of Bergen, at Norut Social Research, in the Telemark County Municipality and at KoRus-Sør.

His research area includes policy formulation and the management of public services, including service development, implementation and performance measurements. Møller has carried out a number of research and development projects in various service sectors. This includes labour market policy, social services, child welfare and municipal health services.
