Audun Thorstensen graduated in political science from NTNU in 2006. He has worked at Telemark Research Institute since 2007. He works closely with the many municipalities that have a framework agreement with Telemark Research Institute on economics advice and documentation. He has also worked on several R&D projects in local government, with statistical analyses and the use of KOSTRA-data as a special field.
